Tube Replacement for Condenser No. 2 at Kemerköy Thermal Power Plant
KEMERKÖY THERMAL POWER PLANT UNIT 2 CONDENSER EDDY CURRENT, CLEANING, AND RE-TUBING WORKS
Scope of Work:
- Cleaning of 19,616 tubes in Condenser No. 2 using a water jet at 1000 bar.
- Conducting Eddy Current Testing and preparing detailed reports.
- Removal of 1,616 tubes using a Tube Puller machine.
- Installation of new tubes and securing them with a torque-controlled fin-tube machine.
- Atmospheric pressure testing of the condenser.
